Request for quotations : Hiring a company to print the 3rd EPRN Paper Series
1. Introduction
The Economic Policy Research Network (EPRN Rwanda) is a Non-Governmental Organization aiming at strengthening the capacities of individuals and organizations active in or with an interest in economic policy research and analysis. EPRN Rwanda therefore responds to economic policy gaps resulting mainly from lack of quality and informative research and the challenge of human capacity in terms of limited numbers of economic researchers and active involvement.
One of the flagship activities of EPRN is the Annual Economic Research Conference. This year, EPRN in collaboration with partners organized the 6th Economic Research Conference on 25th February 2020 at Lemigo Hotel.
2.Publication of the EPRN 3rd Paper Series
EPRN wishes to publish papers presented during the conference in the form of working papers (paper series). The purpose of this assignment is to have a competitive experienced printing company to print the publication in a format of magazine book.
3. Scope of work
The assignment consists of :
Print the publication as per the following specifications : Print 100 books of about 100 pages each (inside 150gsm glossy paper and cover 250gsm). Ks have to be binded in high quality A4 magazine format. Books have to be colored inside and cover.
4. Duration
This assignment is expected to be implemented in a period not exceeding 15 days or any other period as may be subsequently agreed upon with the client.
5. Application Process
Interested candidates are requested to submit the quotations (proforma invoices) at EPRN office located at UR-CBE Gikondo (ex SFB) by not later than Friday 22/05/2020, 11am local time. Thereafter quotations will be evaluated by EPRN and the successful bidder will be notified in due time.
