The project is in its initial stage and EUCORD has commissioned EPRN to conduct a baseline study to prepare a detailed reference database composing baseline information to guide PROFARM Project’s management team in measuring its anticipated change. The baseline data are to provide specific values for all indicators in the Logical Framework at the start of the project.
The design of this baseline survey is consultative, inclusive and allowed a mixed method by considering both quantitative approach and the qualitative approach to ensure that all key project stakeholders are actively involved during the study. By working hand in hand with EUCORD’s technical team, RDI, Districts and leaders ; EPRN ensures a smooth communication and feedback channel throughout the assignment. The approach adopted by EPRN for this assignment shall be guided by and anchored on participatory processes and methodologies.
