Seth has 12 years’ experience in projects/programs management focusing on strategic planning and leadership. Currently he serving as the Coordinator of the Economic Policy Research Network. Before he was the Country Program Manager for the East African Grain Council. He also worked as the director of industrial development unit at the Ministry of Trade and Industry where he contributed to the harmonisation of legal and policy framework to enable local industries including SMEs and cooperatives being more competitive. Seth also managed a number of donor funded programs and projects with European Union, UNDP, Netherlands Embassy, World Bank, UNEP, UNIDO and GIZ, etc.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property (Africa University, Zimbabwe), Master’s degree in Business Administration (Kigali Independent University) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (National University of Rwanda).
