EPRN Students Conference

The 1st EPRN Students Conference will take place in Novenber 2017! The topic will be The Role of Youth in achievig the Sustainable Development Goals in Rwanda”. 

The Economic Policy Research Network (EPRN) is excited to announce its first Annual Students Conference which will be held in November 2017. We are happy to invite all Students Members to EPRN to present an abstract for a research paper with focus on the Sustainable Development Goals and how Rwanda’s youth can contribute in developing solution-oriented ideas to address the challenges that had been identified by selected SDGs. Students are expected to be creative and write about anything related to the given topic. Abstracts should be submitted to .

Please note that the abstract should be max. 500 words long and it should include your name, telephone number, email address, your degree program, your university and the title of your paper. Participation in the conference is open to students members to EPRN and it is free of charge, but submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and only selected applicants will be invited to participate. The conference program will also feature a series of pre-conference events for the authors of the 10 best abstracts, which will include trainings in regard to research methodology, scientific writing, data analysis and presentation. At the conference in November 2017 the 5 best papers are going to be presented.

The presented papers will be financially awarded. Also be reminded that participation will be extremely advantageous to your academic career and enhance your research capacities.

We are looking forward to an exciting time with you in preparation of our first Student Conference and many exciting papers.
